Having Angela to help us purchase a country home was a wonderful experience and we would recommend Angela to anyone looking to purchase a home. When I mentioned to a real estate friend of mine that I was looking for a rural property, he was very upfront that what I would need is someone who really knows the areas I was looking in and was knowledgeable with rural properties. And as soon as I met Angela it became very clear why this was necessary. Her depth and breadth of knowledge when it comes to owning a rural property was invaluable. When we first started looking our needs were relatively undefined and quite broad. They also ended up changing quite a bit the more we looked. Angela was incredibly patient while we sorted this all out, and when we adjusted our search parameters almost serendipitously she mentioned a property that was perfect for us and it turned out to be the house we bought. But what I was really impressed with was how much she did for us even after the purchase was secured. She helped to find service providers for septic inspections, painters, water specialists, HVAC specialists, and landscapers. She taught us the importance of using locally sourced trades within the area that we ended up purchasing in. She met with a variety of people at the house when we could not given the distance and the trying circumstances that COVID-19 presented. She was extremely respectful of the sellers requests around social distancing, and remained very safe throughout the process. She was nimble to adapt to challenging environment and the various needs from both our side and the sellers. My family and I are incredibly grateful for her help in finding us the perfect country home and we couldn’t be happier.

I initially met Angela over 10 years ago as my Mortgage Advisor and when I learned that she had changed career paths and became a Real Estate Agent, she was without a doubt my first choice when Idecided to sell my house and upgrade in 2015.
Angela is highly committed to ensuring her clients find the home that is right for them. She understands exactly what her client is looking for and customizes her approach. In our case, we were determined to live in a particular neighbourhood and at the time, homes for sale in this area where facing multiple offers. When a house in our preferred location went on the market we knew right away because Angela had set up MLS email blasts to come directly to us. During our search, we only saw a couple of homes and for every home visit Angela was accommodating to our schedule and needs. Eventually, my husband and I decided to place an offer on one home and of course it went into multiple offers (4 to be exact). It was definitely a difficult situation to be in because we really wanted this house. In the final hours of negotiations back and forth, Angela came to our house for support and guidance. She did not pressure us once; she really wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision, which we greatly appreciated. In the end, we got the home after offering a higher price but staying within our comfort zone and budget.
In terms of the sale of our home, it sold over asking on the same day we listed. Angela provided great support with preparation/staging before listing and we couldn’t have been happier with the results.Overall, Angela is an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate professional.
